What is it?
Bike Fitting focusses on bike and rider contact points to establish an optimal position for performance and comfort, the rider being the key element in the efficiency of the bike and ultimate performance.
Who is it for?
Bike fitting is appropriate for all cyclists from the weekend warrior to competitive athlete. Your riding will be all the more enjoyable if your bike is set up to ensure that you are comfortable and getting the maximum reward for your efforts in the saddle.
What to expect
Sessions are 1 hour long and include a static assessment on a turbo trainer. You will receive a breakdown of your body composition, including muscle mass, body fat percentage and metabolic age. You will need to bring your bike and wear full cycling kit including shoes.

Our bike fitting service is provided by Ray Fielding. Ray is a Physiotherapist, TRX instructor and keen cyclist himself. He’d love to meet you, help you get the most out of your bike and probably compare notes with you on local cycle routes.
